Zapp is a leading cloud-based platform for app developers in the media space. Content owners can develop apps, change them on the fly, and maintain them easily. Zapp offers an open plugin environment, allowing exponential growth of capabilities on multiple platforms, enabling quick adaptation to the ever-changing market.

I led the product from its early stage. Working closely with Zapp’s tech lead, we defined the roadmap, prioritized each new capability to be introduced, following the needs of Zapp stakeholders and the market. I defined detailed product stories, designed the UX and UI of each feature, created design concepts and prototypes. As a strong team player, I worked closely with the client and front-end developers to identify challenges and schedule impacts.
My outbound activity included a bi-monthly meeting with Zapp stakeholders, where I introduced new features. In addition I developed an app for feature announcements, aimed at Zapp’s customers.
App development time within the company has been reduced by half following my team and my work.
