Product Description



PARA is a specialized software for real time control of moving images over live performers and shadows. I developed it as part of a dance and media performance I co-created, ‘Solo Siento’.

It is used as a control software for live performances, which enables triggering in real time clips from an animation bank to be projected on stage, in a chosen manually position. PARA was programmed by Eyal Zaidman.​



Responsibilities



  • Ideation: I came up with PARA as part of a dance and media performance, ‘Solo Siento’, in which I co created with choreographer Arkadi Zaides. I was seeking to augment the performer with animations following his movement on stage.
  • Productize & UX / UI.
  • Recruit and manage development.


Achievements



​PARA reached to be a Finalist in the Monaco Dance and Media Festival.

'Solo Siento' has performed worldwide, and the associated video piece I created for it, won 1st prize in Tel Aviv Video Dance Festival and was broadcasted on Spanish TV.​
